Take a short visit to ####://www.cdr-warez.net/ for the proggies. 8)

Put the CD in your burner.
Start CloneCD, then pick "Read to image file".
In "Preferences", tick the first two boxes, where says "Read subchannel data from data tracks" and "Read subchannel data from audio tracks". Tick only these options.
Select the path where to put the image file (better create a new directory for this). This is done selecting "next" in CloneCD 3.xx series or choosing the appropiate tab in 2.xx series.
You are ready to create the image (click OK or whatever button goes).

When burning, select "Write image from file". In CloneCD 3.xx series select "Browse" and find the directory where you put the created image. Anyway it should be already selected. In 2.xx series select the appropiate tab.
Don't select "Delete after succesful write" if you don't want the image to be deleted after burning.
Select "RAW DAO" writing method. Speed whatever you want.
In "Preferences" select "Don't repair subchannel data" and "Always close last session".
You are ready, click OK to write. That's all.

Note that if you can't select "Read subchannel data from data/audio tracks" you should put the CD on your CDROM to see if it is able. If your CDROM also doesn't, then you are out of luck. Ask a friend for help or buy a new CDROM/Burner able to do so.

Hope this helps. Greets.
