ok, i just installed messiah chip, and i have problems

psx 1 backups hang at the logo screen also.
i did the test thing, with the GND,3.3,reset,scex thing and the psx1 backup booted fine. this means the chip is ok right?
what should i do? i resoldered all the bios points. still doin it.
i have the proper lengths of wire, and thickness for gnd and 3.3...
this is gettin very annoying i need help! what else could it be?
