I personally created my own.
At the top of the forum page you will see a button labeled "user cp"...Click on it...
Then there will be a button labeled "edit options"..Click on it...
Go all the way to the bottom of that page and you will see where you can change or upload you avatar...
Note: It has to be a certain size or smaller to work. It will tell you the size when you get to the page...
