Dont think thats true, they just confirmed that Devil May Cry 2 is going to be 2 DVDs, one for Dante and one for the Girl that was in the first game, forget her name now.
I highly doubt both discs will be Dual Layered and there probably is no need to even make one of the Dual Layered.
