Your initial problem was buffer underrun.
This new problem is that whilst your cd writer will work with CloneCD partially (i.e. in SAO RAW mode), this isn't sufficient to copy 1:1 safedisc 2 games (which morrowwind is). Your burner must be able to do dao-raw and efm encoding.
Safedisc 2 is very hardware dependant. You have 3 options.
1. Buy a new burner
2. Install daemon tools and run your game from a clonecd image file saved onto your HD
3. Use bools eye's safedisc removing app to check what version of sd2 this game is protected with, then you may be able to removethe protection with this snazzy piece of coding.
