Unfortunately it isn't as easy to crack the English version as the German one. If you change tha values as described above, you get a "Wrong file size" error. I've tested to crack the german update myself, and it worked, but as I don't speak a single word of German, I don't have much use for it.
I have real nasty graphic problems without the patch, and assume that the patch will solve that problem. So if anyone have the English version of the updated .exe-file, please send it to me @
