Maybe this is a daft question - you got your machine chipped? CloneCD settings I use - read speed max. Read subchannel data from data and audio tracks both ticked. Don't report read errors ticked. Write speed X2 with don't repair subchannel data ticked. It's copied everything for me on those settings - your burner needs to be capable of supporting the selected options.
