Ok I have copied Spyro3 With no Patch
If you patch it the software knows its been patched.? so here are the clonecd setting to use.?

write from the image file you have of spyro3.?
and select (Dont repair the sub channel data.?)

but if you still have the spyro3 playstation disc
use these setting with clonecd ok
1. select copy CD
2. read sub channel data from data tracks ON
3. read sub channel data from audio tracks ON
4. Select Dont repair sub channel data ON
5. read speed at x1
6. and write speed at the max Setting of your burner
7. it will work.? it worked for me good luck
