I don't recommend playing games off the xbox unless you install a bigger hard-drive. But you would have to...
1. Use evoX for the new dashboard on your xbox.
2. Make a network from your PC to your xbox, with evolutionX.
3. Copy all the games content to your PC, then back to your xbox.
4. Edit the evoX/menu.ini to have a link to your game.
There are many topics on setting up the evolutionX dashboard, and copying the games over. So take a look at them 1st, if you still need help then post ask what else you ned help on.
Also note; if you have the evolutionX dashboard set up, you can copy games directly off the dvd to your xbox, with a tool called xbcopy. But you still have to edit the evoX/menu.ini
