The way I beleive it happened was Prassi produced Primo DVD, then Vertitas purchased Prassi... So now they are the same people...
I don't think they meant is was a upgrade of Primo...I think they mean its just a newer program with some additional features that function the SAME as Primo DVD did....
Regardless....They both will produce a working backup, so I guess that's all that matters....
