....it is a joke??????....lol......you cant format a normal CD-R...only CD-RW's!!!!!!!!!!......also your cdwriter has to suport this feature!!!..but you can see it in nero under the topic "cd-recorder"..and than..."choise recorder"..there you can see whether your cdwriter suport it. ....if you got nero...you dont need any programms more....also under "cd-recorder" is "delete CD-REWRITEABEL"....you can format your CD-RW's.......
