Smart is quite right mate, but there is another point to CDRWin. If you are copying PSX games, then use CDRWin as the .bin files it creates are the main patchable image file used. i.e. some games will require a patch as they have MOD chip detection routines. It is just as quick as CloneCD and most burners are compatible with it.
If you burner is Clone compatible then USE it!! It'll copy most games using any protection, except Safedisc 2 (this is reported to use "weak" sectors which is more media dependant than hardware. i.e. CDR's can't reproduce the original with most burners).
As for NERO, it's great for MP3 and audio copying, but not that good for games/software.
