R18 (Hooligans) is a group that releases some DC games (mostly japanese games). In most of their releases, they hide some files, like 1st_read.bin, in order to avoid people copying it (I suppose).
So, if you need to patch 1st_read.bin, or just want to make the game selfboot, you can't find the boot file unless you unhide it.
