Well, one question again, does the clonecd backup work?
If yes, the crap "code" in the .iso you made from the original is due to bad sectors on the original, which have not been copied.
It is not true 1:1 copy, but if it works, the original doesn't check for the existence of bad sectors on the cd.
Btw, are you sure you gave the size correctly.
1,500,000 Bytes? That almost can be stored on floppy??
