It sounds to me like Prassi PrimoDVD is not recognising your drive. This will be because it is Brand New. When I did this, I had the same problem - I also have a 104  . Go to www.prassieurope.com and download the PX Engine Update. Move the .exe file into the main Prassi PrimoDVD directory and run it. The next time you open Prassi, you're drive will be recognised and you will be able to use it to copy you're PS2 DVD's. Use the Tutorial on www.psxcopyworld.co.uk and you can't go wrong. I read it over and find it fool proof. It is a great site. Just read the Prassi tutorial and you will be fine.
P.S.: Ditch Nero for burning PS2 DVD's. Prassi is far easier and gives much better results (Or so I find)...
