You can't tell really. If you want to know if its been patched pal/ntsc or ea just use the generic converter to scan though the vmode and change/check the settings.

No such version... You can use CDRwin but sometimes it makes good burns that don't work on some CDrecorders.
I use FIREBURNER the best & handles .iso, bin/cue also can relink a cue to a bin file is messed up.
