It does happen with me on some CD'rs Dreamsnes in particular (whole CD full 400 roms). It also happened with a scratched sf3ts.
EDIT: i just downloaded Giant gram 2 ( jap pro wrestling 2, not GG2k) and it reboots alot while watching the intro where u see vader and after that the cowboy guy. Ace game tho!
