well, gamecopyworld has the 1st version of evoX that you need. Just download the iso file and burn it to a CD-RW.
If you have a cable modem and multiple computers on the net, your most likely to have a router. If you can play games through gamespy, then you can use evolutionX. You just need to have a network between your PC and Your Xbox.
BIOs tell the xbox what to read, how to read, and what not to read (and what to do if there isn't a disc). A modchip such as the X-ecutor and open-bioXX is all you need. Modchips have hacked xbox bios that allow the xbox to read unsigned code. So bios aren't that important.
The open-bioXX is a modchip that is flash upgradeable. That cord only lets you upgrade your modchip incase newer copy prtections and stuff like that are released.
So, you need:
1. A way to set up a network from yout PC, to your Xbox.
2. EvolutionX. This allows you to connect to your xbox.
3. A dvd burner.
