I've bought that game (german version) today.
There was no problem to make a real 1:1 clone with LiteOn32123S and CloneCD.
Install and Play - all OK from Backup Discs...
And for bOOls eYe:
Mafia is SD2.70.xxx !!!
They going faster !!!!!
