[Cyber Akuma]

I dont know much about the game so this may be an inside joke from the prequel or something but. In evolution 2 for the dreamcast. I was walking around and one of the peopel I talk to gives me the dialogue as if im talking to a dog. At first I thaught the game was just loading the wrong text but a hint-guide I read said that there is supposed to be a puppy there. So now im thinking the game is loading the wrong models for some things (I am not completely sure but I *think* I saw other people where they shouldent be and saying things that others say). Is there supposed to be some kind of long-armed guy/girl thats really a puppy or is my copy messed up?
