Q: How do you know if you are running PAL or NTSC? I think im NTSC as i found a sticker under my playstation that says NTSC.. and live in Canada?

A: yes the sticker should say us/ntsc. that means u have a ntsc playstation.

Q3: What is a TRAINER?

A: it is a cheat program built into the patch.

Q4: I made a backup of a game, now it 'rolls' on the screen could it be a bad burn or does it need patching?

A: ao3 is rite u are tring to run a pal game on a ntsc playstation u will need to find a patch that will convert the game to ntsc. or use the import player if u can not find the correct patch.
