those errors between sector 800 and 10000 are normal: it's a part of the safedisc protection. you can ignore them.
use CloneCD to copy them. Nero cannot make working copies of Safedisc protected cd's.
to read the cd: enable 'fast error skip'
to write the image: enable 'amplify weak sectors' for titles protected with SD 2.51 or higher, since the Philips burners cannot correct EFM encoding - check
