Motoracer 3 v1.2 Question......

well, my problem is motoracer 3, i have a copy cd with this game and i can't setup video resolution, i have a patch v 1.2 for this problem but this patch need the original cd to run!!!, my question is, i can crack this patch? Have you even see this crack, please can you tell me? Thank you, and allways is good talk with people friendly.
