What game were you attempting to patch from JAP-NTSC?

Hey Tyler, don't JAP games put out a NTSC signal from the PS2 just for the TV purposes (no screen rolling etc..)...
Maybe he was thinking about patching to get the language from JAP to English? Hmmmmmmm
