hey hey, calm down... we only reply if we know a solution.
anyway, that TMP file (i guess it's ~df394b.tmp) is a part of the Safedisc protection. do you have the same error with the original cd? if yes, use a fixed exe. if no, and if the cd is in your burner's drive, try to enable 'hide cd-r media' in the clonecd tray app.
