Thumbs down Motherboards...

Just becareful on what motherboard you do end up with. I have found with my experiences with AMD and VIA chipsets. That there can be some conflicts between them. You will be chasing your tail thinking it is a driver issue or a hardware conflick Minor lock ups or sreen freezing.
I would call AMD or get a motherboad with a AMD North and South bridge chipset. Or an SiS chip set. Hopefully there will not be any conflicks with this combination.
A sold set up, for me, anyway; is a P4 1.6 gig CPU with an MSI 645 Ultra (or C model) motherboard.
As far as the ram, Just make sure it is all matched. I have not read where one is really that much better than the other.
