Also i know several people who have tried the knife trick etc and it does not work on dvd based games .
All the guys are trying to give good advice in not playing russian roulette by sticking a knife or card into your console.
I personally used this method for about a month trying to be very carefull but you just can't help but cause a small amount of damage each time it is used.
