I presume you are using your dvd for the reading of the disc?
Well if so the lg reader is not really cdclone compatable as it does not read the disc contents very well,Lite-on and toshiba are about the best for cdclone.
Another problem could be that you are attempting to read the disc to fast,(as in the latest cdclone version there is not a option to reduce the read speed) and with the drive not being able to analize the data at that speed in automatically slows its self down to try and get a correct image.
Get yourself clony xxl detection program and it will automatically pass on the parameters to clone if you start it up from this proggy,then yuo should be able to reduce the read speed to a acceptable level say max 4x and write at the same.
