Assuming your burner can read the disk properly I've had good luck with CloneCD v4.x in backing up securom games. However, I had to change my regional settings to Canada before I installed it so that it installs all of the circumvention options (ie: hide cdr media).
If you have the space for the image on your hard drive,
Daemon-Tools (cdrom emulator) can mount any of the various cd burning packages native disk images directly and bypass Safedisc, Securom and Laserlok protections.
