The only way i can see of getting past the CD code being the same is to use another CD code when you install. All those cracks only alter the MAIN and the SERVER files. So since I live in Japan I cant even buy the game in the shop yet, I got my brother in Oz to buy a copy of the game for me and he told me the CD code. I didnt need the disks just the code so I can register it and keep it private.

Anyway I am sure that on the web somewhere you can get a code that is being given out by someone who only wants to play Single or LAN at home, so try to search using google or something, install on a second computer using different CD code. Use your NO-CD patch and play LAN games disconnected from internet.

Bob's your uncle. Or you could just buy another copy of the game if your in a country that sells it. The game is worth it and the support you give to Bioware means they will produce new and better games in the D&D world.
