yeah, i understand the ntsc signal.my tv plays them.i have a ntsc-dvd player and it plays on the tv too
also psx(1) plays ntsc-games in full color[even without a rgb-scart].
my PS2 plays PSX-NTSC in FULL COLOR, but PS2-NTSC NOT, altho my tv plays ntsc-signal.
mayb its normal? dunno
can it be a patch on the iso wich is conflicting with messiah-chip??
