Load your PPF file and your BIN file with PPF-O-MATIC. You can then use the patched BIN file to write to CD-R.
Instead of turning the BIN file into an ISO, use the program called CDRWIN to burn the CD. You can find and download that at
http://www.goldenhawk.com. However that is the trial version and may cause some limitations on your burning speed.
