They are both fantastic (remember they are still early public releases).
There are a few bugs within PGEN, but apart from that its AMAZING !
SNES-Station still needs some work done on it, which it's designer/coder is doing. He is also having a sort of competition for designing a new menu gui. Check out his site and forums for the comp through the link in the post above.
