Most modchip developers dont recognise dvd rips as legitimate backups. It will not load a backup with a higher TOC than the boot disc. Ar2 or GS2 will load all PSX, PS2 games as all will fit onto a 650mb cdr. For dvd-r games a original Hi TOC dvd game is used along with the AR2,GS2.to load the backup. As long as you stick to this you will have no problem with the no solder mod.[list]
Hi Nightstalker how about giving us dummies some idea/instructions how to do this and what game do you recommend that we use, that has a high TOC.
Look forward to your reply so as I can star playing all these games I have that will not load normally
