suppose u want to compress data.fat and data.dat...

suppose u want to compress data.fat and data.dat located in c:/games folder.

just put in xtool.ini
c:/games/data.fat
and hit pack.bat, xtool will prexompress it.

srep:l512:c64
it produces best output without damaging 3rd compressor (like lzma or lolz ) input file.

size is 2.7gb higher than FG (only 11.4gb) but extraction speed is 6x than hers...

lzma2 is best choice than lzma, u can use single thread while compressing (which increases ratio ) but u will get same decompression speed (around 50mbps on my system) which u get in multithreading.
