When i run the setup the files get extracted half...

When i run the setup the files get extracted half the way and then I get a error insert disk Setup-2.cab. I have only 1 file to extract.

Its a script problem and has nothing to do with compression. You can try to ask the same in the script section. There is nothing much that can be done from the compression side.

Compile the installer script as per the method...

Compile the installer script as per the method given in the first post then copy the the bin file to the output folder. Then you are done.

Use Kurutucu Compressor present in the zip file....

Use Kurutucu Compressor present in the zip file. Just edit the Compress.bat file to the location of your folder and it will automatically compress the file for you as the script requires.
