Right there is a problem with your writers Memory..from a Mobo point of view..This is of course an educated guess..Check in your hardware properties that the writer your using isnt conflicting with...

Tevion media isnt all that good..What is happening is your drive isnt writing the TOC on each disk properly..TOC = Table Of Contents...basically without this the DVD will appear blank to windows...
