check the decompression files a.k.a unpack files...

check the decompression files a.k.a unpack files and also the settings in arc.ini
make sure every file is there for some purpose

isdone.dll is used for all those functions that unpack FAN and Shelwien 7zip.

This is a bug in the installer though installer deletes all files from the app folder so why are you worried about empty folder. ;)
