Has anyone created a self-boot out of kal-gl (gauntlet)?

What program did you use? I couldn't get autoselfboot to work, and bin2boot give me the following error:

Boot filename: 1ST_READ.BIN
A record for the boot file could not be found.

Any ideas?...

Will the following games work with bin2boot?

Gauntlet legends
Sonic Adventure
Crazy Taxi

If they don't work, what is the easiest program to convert the bin files into a bootable cd?

Thanks
