This might help...

Try uninstalling then reinstalling your IDE drivers, and then try updating the firmware. It usually helps with problems like this if there isn't anything wrong with your drive.

Try the latest freeware!

The lates updates for dvd43 and dvd shrink are even copying those nasty Sony/Columbia Arrcos protected dvds; I never had any problems with Disney movies at all (not even with the older versions...)...
