burning a 2 sided dvd onto one dvd?

Can anyone tell me what program is the best to merge side A and side B on a dvd so that it can be burnt onto a single dvd? I know I will have to shrink both images to fit, but both sides are only 3...

I have just used Iso buster on the image and moved the files too my hard drive and then burnt them. So now I know its not the image.:confused:
