same problem
i to am having the same problem. i have the gold and the no cd crack starts the game ok but all the charactors look like stick people. the game plays fine without the crack so it has to be the crack....

does anybody know if there is a way to get a copy of the new upgrade 2199 without downloading it. ? i think its about 140 mb on a slow modem were talking 3 hrs of uninterupted download. thats a joke...
