The loader works fine under WinME, but doesn't run under 2K. So there's something wrong with the loader app which keeps it from functioning under at least Win2K SP2.

Still doesn't work for me, even with the Razor-1911 version app. Run B-Loader, then run the Razor version app, and I get a different dialog box asking where the CD is. Running Win2K SP2 w/DX8.1.
