Worked!!!
For anybody having problems with The Suffering just hunt down DVD2XBOX v5.5. I installed and re-copied game and worked on first try.

Replacing dvd2xbox new version
With all the problems copying The suffering I decided to first update my old version of dvd2xbox v4.9 to 5.5. Found file, unzipped and copied whole directory that was created from the zip, of course...
