How do you convert PAL to NTSC?

The game I'm mostly trying to convert is Castlevania SOTN into NTSC format.

Of course you need a mod chip, bootdisks are fake, they don't even work at all. You need the real modchip or a Enhancer to swap the disks. Now GO outside and bang your head to your mail...

Well... if you have a PSX from the US, it's prolly a NTSC, which means, if you try to play that game on your PSX, the colors will come out messed up. What you do is to patch it... if there is one...
