Does anyone know where to get the web browser 2.0 as a .cdi

i have .bin/.cue how do i burn this? The files are only like a few MB. Do i need to make a dummy file or what?

I have NO idea on how to burn games and the only tutorial ive seen is on how to make self-boot games. I dont want self-booters...Does utopia have a website i can go to that tells me how to burn games?
