I've done it before m8 with BF2, wasnt a problem for me as the mini image was readily available and I was able to play for a year without any problems! Keeping my fingers crossed here :)

Anyone can make a mini image for a game, but you can only make a working mini image to circumvent the games protection from an original game DVD surely? I have the same problem, I have a valid CDKEY...
