@moj007: looks like records.ini is missing.

@hazbol13: disable UAC and try again.

you have to make a new "records.ini"

there is a "records.ini" with the attached file in first post and surely it is there by mistake. it is replaced with original file that you've had in your converted folder.

if you don't know how to make it, send your data.bin list for me in private message and i prepare it for you. and also tell me what method you've used for conversion.

No need to make new records.ini, simply delete the one in the conversion archive that came with it, re-do conversion & it will recreate the new proper one.

He'd sent the data(x).bin names for me and I've sent the records.ini for him because as you know it takes a few hours to redo the conversion. but making the records.ini manually take just a minute. I know that I'm not a pro like you guys, but I try to be helpful as much as I can.

by the way, result with srep+lzma was 12 DVDs.
install and uninstall worked perfectly

Hmm.

records.ini should be get overwritten if you start a new compression with UltraARC.

Strange...

Maybe the reason is that some of us start converting the game with UltraArc, then we download the installer and copy paste the files into the converted folder and at that moment the original file might be replaced.
