i test it and found that it must start as admin

INNO should by default set any exe's/shortcuts to admin.

Same error with moj007.
Both icon didn't work for me.
Run as admin both icon same error.
I test in windows 10

Disable this (Icon = Icon.icon)

^^ or he could just correct the name of the icon file ( remove the n, icon.ico )

After a few Test i found the issue i forgot the Registry
now it should work Properly Fix in First post

works fine , although seems like the installer is missing the registrz info Simorq mentioned in #12 and #11
