1. Install the game. Update game, apply NO-CD if necessary.
2. Download attachment, extract to HD, NOT in Gamefolder.
2a. Move _CommonRedist to output folder (last dvd).

3. Run UltraARC, Browse/Select Your installed game, then choose output location. Select the compression method to use.
4. Make iso files with the same name of folders.
5. Test the conversion, before burning ISO.

Could you make alternative "Custom Launcher" setup which creates shorcut of "Warhammer Launcher.exe" ???

Warhammer Launcher.exe or Launcher.exe only?

Warhammer Launcher.exe in root (its just small custom exe file .... Created from simple batch script to switch languages as i like to play in EN and my Brother in CZ)
